MEMPHIS TIGER FOOTBALL HELMET & CUPCAKES

Each year I get the opportunity to make a cake for my most challenging customer, my good friend Jake. This year he decided to go a different route, a little simpler than normal. He wanted Memphis Football themed cake and cupcakes. The great thing about this one is that I'm a HUGE tiger fan, so I had to make sure I did the team justice.
